of Gesher
in said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person,
appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdietion, and
a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said
me allis be then exhibited to the Court Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before the blund of the Superior Countin
and In the County of Silehpulal
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actto
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten-
tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to

of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony) Where-

And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said mealistic has resided
within the United States five years at least,
