in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a Aree white person,
appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and
a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States, And the said
William Aera then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before they Supervisor bourt for ditchfuls country
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actto
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to
Victoria Lucen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-

Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my
hand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.

and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
particularly to Nictoria seen
