Deight Soories judge\nthe it Rememberrd, That\n13\nday of nevember\nthe\nof year of Plymouth QUI Lord one thousand eight on hundred the County and suxty four Mathew alien and Hanelly free white person,\nin said of Litehfield, being an a\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said\nMathew Hanelle\nthen exhibited, to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nmade Dom by him before medblerk often lity bourt ofthe lity of thaterlary.\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Act to\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: the acto passed m addition theres\nasfollows-\nSTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\nGoldr bity OF hatenley\nss.\nthe it Remembergd, That on the\n12 2\nday\nme neodere s Bul Clerkofth bity\nof amil\nA. D. 185 5. before the\nCourt, within and for said Gounty,\ncity\nhaving Common Law Jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nsonally appeared,\nL.S.\nof\nCounty, who was born in Ireland\nPhysion in Seterfuild\nin anit\naged about\n2h\nyears, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten-\ntate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to\nVectoria Queen\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-\nof, I,\nproducestBud\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
