Trance aged about 38 years, and/on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Mapotion III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject.
