of year Blymouth of our Lord one thousand eight hundred in said and cirtylight, of Berty Keleff
County Litehfield, being an aliem and a free white person,
appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and
a
Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said
Derly Reseffe
then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention
made
by/him
before the
bounty,
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Aet to
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
Approved 14th of April, 1802, refollows : and acts subsequently passed therefor,

tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to
Victoria Dueen
of the United Kingdom/of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-
of, I, frederick assistant Clerk of said Court, have hereunto
set my
hand, and Seal of the said Court. the day and year aforesaid.

And it appearing to the satisfaction five of the Court, that said Derly Reuffer
has resided
within the United States years at least,

he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.

and abjure all to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
