a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said

by him before the Superiorlorus forsaid hearity,
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actto
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

the CONSTITUTION OF TIE UNITED and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce
and abjure all allegrange and fidelity to ayy foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and
particularly to
Victoria Quein
of the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,
