At.a Superiou, Court, holden at Litchfeld, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the 251 State of Connecticut, on the 20 Tuesday of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and PRESENT-HON judge the it Remembered, That on the 22th September day of in the of year of our, Lord one thousand eight hundred in and sixty light, being Phitnikenotusly said County of Mitchfield, an alien and a free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdictión, and a Clerk and, Seah) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Putrick made by him Dohenty then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention before bourt, for said loounty and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actito establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved as follows, 14th of April, 1802, as follown: passed therefore COUNTY OF Sitelfille OF CONNEGTIQUT, ; ss. STATE 80 the it That on of March the 30" day 20181 A JA A. D. 185 S. before the ma has Court, within and for said County, lost a leader divw having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- L.S. sonally appeared, of Washington Patrick. Dolivity Breland in said County, who was born in it was bona fide his, intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE aged about thenty five years, and on oath did declare that UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Nictoria Dueen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where- of, I, hand, and Seal year aforesaid. and lo leva Aread Henry of the said Court, B the Graves day and Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my Henry Blynance - Clerk. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said has Patrick Columty resided within the United States five years at least, svil sul and in the State of Connectieut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the gopd order and happiness of the same. the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce And the said Patrick Dolivity having declared on oath, that he would support and abjure all allegiance, and fidelity tp any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Octoria queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Irelando of whom he was before a subject.
