appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdictión, and
a Clerk and, Seah) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said
Putrick made by him Dohenty then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of
intention
before bourt, for said loounty
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actito
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
