Miles thanger\nthe it Remembered, That on the 25\"\nday of March\nin the\nof Calebrook\nyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and lixty num Aicholas deitaboch\nin said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person,\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a eitizen of the United States. And the said\nlicholor Aurthurch\nthen exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nmade by him before two m. Woodsurf art.ank ofth Superior bout for\nLitchfuld County\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Aetto\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\nSTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\nCOUNTY OF deterfuld\n}\nss.\nthe it Remembered, That on the\n28°\nday\nwilld\nof March\nA. D. 185 , before the\nSuperior\nCourt, within and for said County,\nthe\nline\na\nhaving Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nL.S.\nsonally appeared, Nicholas tustback\nalealbook is\nCounty, who was born in farlon\nin said\naged about 35 years, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten-\ntate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to the\nKing of Previous\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and belance of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-\nof, I, Geo m boodure\nout\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.\nlo tane hm Jand\nGeo. In Woodunft aest. Clerk.\nAnd it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said Mcholar tatrbuich animis has\nresided\nwithin the United States five years at least,\nIn avil miltivi\nand in the State of Connectient one year at least, and that during said five years\nhe has behaved as a man of good moral charaeter, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nthe said Nichales Lultburch\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nthe CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce\nand abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and\nGreat Britain and Ireland of whom, he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,\nparticularly to the King of Premin\nof the United Kingdohr of\nthat Nicholar but brock\nbe, and he was accordingly admitted\nto become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.\nmill"
