year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and dutty nine Daniel Easlanger
of Winchetto
in said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person,
appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and
a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a eitizen of the United States. And the said
Daniel Eulinger then exhibited to the Courtia Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him
before Geo m modwiff but Cluk of the Super
Crust for beenfeen County
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to
Prime Ludowick
ofthe United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-

And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said Damil Eulingin has resided
within the United States five years at least,

he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. kil bris

the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce
and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and

of the United Kingdom of
Groat Britain and Iroland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,
