At Superior Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State 347 of Connecticut, on the 30 Tuesday of September in the year of Lord thousand eight our one hundred and seventy PRESENT-HON Original Seleymour judge adt the it Rememberro, That on the 8n day of October in the of year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred in said County and seventy of Litonfield, Charles being an alien Flym and a free usey white person, in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and it Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Charles Blynn then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before yo obem and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled -An Aetto establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF suchfild for ss. or the of it Remembered, September That on the 16 day A. And the said Charles Blumn having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria Queen of the United Kingdom of that Great Britain Charlis trelagd, Plynn before and of whom he was a subject.
