365 At a Superior Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, hundred and seventy on the 4th one Tuesday of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight PRESENT-HON Devight Soonis Judgo add the it Remembered, That thevab 25th on day year of our Lord one/thousand eight hundred and seventy one, Souis Bruner of Meboray in the of Norfolk in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal) and applied to be admitted to become a eitizen of the United States. And the said "cous I'mner then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before obmin and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Aetto establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
