388 Alasupina Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the ti hundred and surnity im Tuesday of Groundry in the year of our Lord one thousand eight PRESENT-HON. Onjard seymond freder the it Remembered, That on the 25 day of Mant a in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and semmary Eugen Howand of Marchastur in said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before the bluch after Superior smillboung and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actito establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF Scrotific } ss. the it Remembered, That on the 21 day of Mean A. D. 183 before the Clishofth superior Court, County, within and for said having Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- sonally appeared, L.
