And the said Jennifer a/ made by then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention him before Superior and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Aetto establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
