a Clerk and Seal, and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said
Centra Coffice then exhibited to the Court a
Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Acti to
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
