Cedirand Wanter then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before the City count of walestary leom sbum
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Actto
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."
