At a Infinion Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State

and on reventy the + form Tuesday of Junes in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
PRESENT-HON Miles Topinger Judge
the it Remembered,
That
on

16th

in, the
year colition of Lord eight seventer
our one thousand hundred and
of in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person,
appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and
a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said
hilliam tenmine then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention
made by him before the blend of this court
and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to
establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject."

of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-

hand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.

And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said has
resided
within the United States five years at least,

he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the
United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
And the said Inlian tenmins
having declared on oath, that he would support.
the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce
and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
particularly to Victoria Green
of the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,
that hilliam tenmings
be, and he was accordingly admitted
to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.
