open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied
to be admitted to become a citizen of the
United States. And the said Frederick W Ohmen
then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the Declaration of intention mado by him before
and
required

the
first
condition
according to the firet rection of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an
Ithiform rute Noturalization and to repeat the nots herotofore passed on that subject Approved 14th of April, 1802
;
and the subsequently thereto, to wit :

disposed to the good order and happipess of the same.
And the said Frederick If Ohmen
having declared on oath, that he would support the
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance
and
fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Soyereignty whatever, and particularly to
William the I. Reing of Prussia
subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, that said Frederick W Ohmen
of the United Kingdom of Great Brition and Irgland, of whom he was before a
