18 Ala Suparin Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the First Tuesday of No in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and/i/lysing PRESENT-HON Lenen P.Waldo Jully Be it Remembercò, That on the twenty day of Nevernton in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and filty sit Imm Brinnero of Gushen in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Junn Benner then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the Declaration of intention made by him before the bleev of Schemetucly County new Juh and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Freut (L.P.) bluch And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said Bunnon has resided within the United States five years at least and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said Brinnon having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Vieteria Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britian and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, that said I em Bumner be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES. Clerk.
