64 Al a Suppression 20 Tuesday Court, of September holden at Litchfield, in the in and year for of our the County Lord one thousand eight hundred and sifty on of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, the PRESENT-Hox. origin S Seymore gudge Be it Remembered, That on the 30 day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty Thomas Malara of Washington in said County of Litchfield, being an alien and free white person, appeared in to open be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Thomas O Hara Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdjetion, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the Declaration of intention made by him before the bourt of and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an Common Plead for the City County of New york uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." B. H. your blerk less And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said Thomas. O. Hara has resided within the United States five years at least and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said Thomas a Hara having declared on oath, that he would support the and CONSTITUTION fidelity OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria Luoen of the United Kingdom of Great Britian and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, that said Thomas a Hara be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES. Clerk.
