it temembered, That clanness Cummetry
of Bulin
in said County of Hariford, but late of the United
Kengdom of Great Britain and Ireland, appearal before the County
Court for said County of Hartford, held at Hartford, in said County, on the
23 d day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and 4 2
, the said Court being a Court of Record, having
Common Law junisdiction, and a Clerk, and Seal, and declared on oath in open
Court, that it was bonafide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and
to renounce forever all ablegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentale, State,
or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Fictoria, Leam
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and afficed the Seal of said County
