ss.
Country of Hariford.
Be it Reemembered, That Cornelied Dooler
of lanton
in said County of Hartford, but late of the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, appeared before the
County Court for said County of Harlford, held at Hartford
in said County, on the Sixteenth day of august
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Forty line
the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law jurisdiction, and
a Clerk, and Seal, and declared on oath in ofen Court, that it was bona fide
his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all
allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Pince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty
whatever, and particularly to Victoria green
of the abstract Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the Seal of said County
Court this Shiteenth
day of
August in the year of our Lord,
one thousand eight hundied and forty thin
