Be it remembered, That
Ejohn Flord
of the bown of Simobury
in suid County of Hartford
but late of the Kingdom of Grtat litritain aut
a'peared in the county
Cours hold at Harford, on the 19th day of c August 1831 (the said
Court being a Court of Reccrd, having a common law jerisdiction, and a
Clerk and Seals) and declared on oath in open Court, that it was benafide
his intenlion to become a riten of The United States,
and to renouncs, for ever, all allegience and fidelity to any foreign
State or Govereignty whatevers and
particularly to the King of the Kingdom of Great Britain and
Sreland
testimony the
seal
of said beverty
Court is hereunto
officed, this day of Critical 1831
officiary Cleré.
