ALBANY COUNTY,
TBr it Tremembered, that Martin
Stone Late of Ireland Then of
the City of Albany
appeared in the ALBANY JUSTICES' COURT, on the 5th
day of
April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
fifty 45 (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common
Laru jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal), and declared, ON OATH, in open
Court, that it was bona-fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE
UNITED STATES, and to renounce, forever, all allegiance and fidelity to any
foreign Prince, Potenlate, State or Govereignty whatever and particu=
early to the Queen of Great Brittain
In Testimony Whereof, The Seal of the said Albany Justices Court is
hereunto affixed, this 21/7
day of OTober
in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty= Two
and of our Independence the 77 Th
ALLANgent Clerk.
