COUNTY OF HARTFORD.

it temembered, That Patrick Birmingham
of Eauthinasor or in said County of Hartford, but late of the United
Kengdom of Great Britain and Ireland, appeared before the County
Court for said County of Hartford, held at Hartford, in said County, on the
in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and forty , the said Court being a Court of Record, having
Common Law jurisdictions and a Clerk, and Seal, and declared on oath in open
Court, that it was bonafide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and
to renounce forever all ablegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State,
or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Muteria Incen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and afficed the Seal of said County
Court this sever terth day of
August in the year of our Lord,
one thousand eight hundred and forty.
