I, Limiting Burns
now residing in Windson
in the county of Hartford,
and State of Connecticut, do solemnly swear, that it is bona fide my intention to become a citizen
of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince,
Potentate, State, Sovereignty
or whatever, and particularly to Victoria green
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, to whom I am now a subject. So help me
