And\nthe said miliano\nthen oxhibited to the Court a cortificato of the\ncato of the\nDeclaration of intention made by him before at the time if his david aplication and\naptica\niled\nof this are mission, ad a citizen of the united Stated, ad here\nEnafter specified\nand required as the firet condition according to the first section of the Act of Congrose ontitled An Actt\nAn Act to\nestablish an uniform rulo of Naturalization, and to repoal the Acts horetofore passed on that subjocti\nAp-\nproved 1 4th of April, 1802, as follows:\n\"STATE OF CONNECTICUT;\nss.\nCounty OF HARTFORD,\nREMEMBERED; That\nin said County of Hartford, but late of the United Kingdom of Groat Britain\nbat Britain\nand Iroland, appeared before the\nCourt for said County of Hartford, hold at Hartford in\nsaid County, on the\nday of\nthe year of our Lord\nour Lord\nono thousandeight hundred and\n(the said Court being a Court of Record,\nf Record,\nhaving Common\nLaw Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and seal,) and declared on oath in open Court, that it was\nhat it was\nbona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and\niance and\nfidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Is dinand\nwendating oberabled King of the United Kingdom of\nCroat Britain and Iroland.\nd Ireland.\nIn testimony whoroof, I have horounto set my hand and affixod the soal of said\nCourt,\n€ourt,\nthis\nday ot\nin the year of our\ncar ofour\nLord one\nthousand eight hundred and to whom he had hicherla been a SLL before\nhand\nme bour further declared on oach, and proved to thesa tisfactor of and\nClork.\nest these\nthuh he had rediced in the United Stales churchyand next\ntyone\nand needing hisamining at the age Liventy overfland;\nthat for checeyed it had been, boilu fide,\nhoba\nS,\nhid intertiontobecome acitizen of United states,\nand it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court,\nthat said miliano\nleast, and\nhas resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and\nles of the\nthat during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the\nConstitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nAnd\nthe said ginolam miliano\nI support\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nall allegi-\nthe Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegi-\nularly to\nance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to\nIreland,\nFeddunan decend King King graphes. of the United Kingdom\nof Great Britain and Iroland;\nof whom he was before a subject.
