And the sa the said Seber to labdella then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the Decla Declaration of intention made by him before a boul of Common Please bor torthdaz on the 16 Northampton th day of August A D. 1830 as on on fin and re and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled " An Act to establ establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject." Ap- prove proved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: "STA ASTATE OF CONNECTICUT, -6S. County OF HARTFORD, Be Be IT REMEMRERED, That in said County of Hartford, but late of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ir and Iroland appoared before the Court for said County of Hartford hold at Hartford in said C said County, on the day of in the year of our Lord one th ono thousand eight hundre and (the said Court being & Court of Rocord, having having Commion Law Juriodiction, and a Clork and seal,) and doclarod on oath in open Court, that it was bona f bona fide his intention becomo citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity fidelity to any foroign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to his King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland In t In tostimony whereof I have herounte set my hand and affixod the seal of said Court, this this day of in-the year ofour Lord Lord one thousand eight hundrod and Clork." I and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, and it that said Sibustobandella has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year it least, and has res that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the that di Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
