And\nthe sa\nthe said Seber to labdella\nthen exhibited to the Court a certificate of the\nDecla\nDeclaration of intention made by him before a boul of Common Please\nbor\ntorthdaz on the 16\nNorthampton th\nday of August A D. 1830 as on on fin\nand re\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \" An Act to\nestabl\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject.\" Ap-\nprove\nproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\n\"STA\nASTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\n-6S.\nCounty OF HARTFORD,\nBe\nBe IT REMEMRERED, That\nin said County of Hartford, but late of the United Kingdom of Great Britain\nand Ir\nand Iroland appoared before the\nCourt for said County of Hartford hold at Hartford in\nsaid C\nsaid County, on the\nday of\nin the year of our Lord\none th\nono thousand eight hundre and\n(the said Court being & Court of Rocord,\nhaving\nhaving Commion Law Juriodiction, and a Clork and seal,) and doclarod on oath in open Court, that it was\nbona f\nbona fide his intention becomo citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and\nfidelity\nfidelity to any foroign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to\nhis\nKing of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland\nIn t\nIn tostimony whereof I have herounte set my hand and affixod the seal of said\nCourt,\nthis\nthis\nday of\nin-the year ofour\nLord\nLord one thousand eight hundrod and\nClork.\"\nI\nand it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court,\nand it\nthat said Sibustobandella\nhas resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year it least, and\nhas res\nthat during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the\nthat di\nConstitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.\nConsti\nAnd the said Siberto Candella\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nAnd th\nthe Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegi-\nthe Co\nance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to\nance\nHerdinand 2nd\nKing of the officially of Great Britain and Iroland,\nrul\nof whom he was before a subject.
