339 6 / BE IT BEMEMBLED That on the 6th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Robert Stafford in said County County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law juris- y juris- diction, and a Clerk and seal,) and applied to be admitted and to become a citizen of the United States. And And the said Haffords then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the of the Declaration the of intention made by him before checcherk of therefired county Cent on and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject." Ap- Ap- proved 14th of April, 1802, "STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF HARTFORD, ss.
