39 Adj 21. BE IT That on the thirteeth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty two Edward Mulchy of Heartford in said County il County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law juris- law juris- diction, and a Clerk and seal,) and applied to be admitted and to become a citizen of the United States. And S. And the said Edward Mulechy then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the ate of the Declaration of intention made by him before the County bount for wid 1840 said County on the 20 day of Aug ust A.D.1839 as on fill and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to n Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject." Ap- t." Ap- proved 14th of April, 1802, as follows; "STATE OF CONNECTICUT, ss.
