435 BLE IT That on the Doch day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fiftybis James Helly of Hartfard in said County 1 said County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law juris- n Law juris. diction, and a Clerk and seal,) and applied to be admitted and to become a citizen of the United States. And the said Kelly then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the ificate of the Declaration of intention made by him before centonth and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to " An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject." COUNTY OF HARTFORD, Be IT REMEMBERED, That in said County of Hartford, but late of the United Kingdom of Great Britain reat Britain and Ireland, appeared before the Court for said County of Hartford, held at Hartford in Hartford in said County, on the day of in the year of our Lord of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and (the said Court being a Court of Record, of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and seal,) and declared on oath in open Court, that it was that it was bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and giance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. nd Ireland.
