465 BE IT That on the De day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty let Patrink Baily in said County County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law juris- juris- diction, and a Clerk and seal,) and applied to be admitted and to become a citizen of the United States. And And the said Baily then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the of the Declaration of intention made by him before choclerk planfords and on the 25 day fleddle and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject."
