And the said Parker then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the ate of the Declaration of intention made by him before chirk county ans and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to n Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject."
