57 BE IT That on the day of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and of in said County id County of Hartford, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having common Law juris- Law juris- diction, and a Clerk and seal,) and applied to be admitted and to become a citizen of the United States. And tes. And then exhibited to the Court a certificate of the the said cate of the Declaration of intention made by him before and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the Acts heretofore passed on that subject."
