86 AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS. being I, Street, in duly sworn, do depbse and say, that I reside at No. Econd , and am by occupation phop worker and am personally acquainted with the applicant , a and have known him for the past , years, to wit: from for. vr. , I 891 to Octof. 1904 that his is occupation that of Phapwoker and that he resides at No. Essey in Middlesex County; Street, in that I believe that the applicant when he came to the United States to reside was under the age of eighteen years; that I personally know that he has resided continuously in the United States since for.22 and continuously in this State since Mr 2 2. 1891 / Lga 1891 the said time of his residence in the United States and in this State, United he has States 'behaved and well as a disposed man of that during moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the believe, the to the good disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member nor good order and happiness of the same; that so far as I know, am informed, or of applicant affiliated does not organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, with any advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of and officer neither or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States any or of other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated into any of the provisions any of the Act of Congress, entitled 'An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens the United States,' approved March 3, 1903.
