102 AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS. I, duly sworn, Hojalnew do depose and Bostron say, that I reside at No. middleser Ave being Street, in Portland , and am by occupation a Shop-worker, and am personally acquainted with the applicant , and have known him for the past , years, to wit: from January' / at I 893 , to Celuber resides 28- No. 1904 that his occupation is that of machinist and that he at Pantland in Middlesex County; Street, in that I believe that the applicant when he came to the United States to reside was under the age of eighteen years; that I personally know that he has resided continuously in the United States since January 190 1.1893 the said time of his residence in the United States and in this State, be States and well as a man of and continuously in of this the State Constitution since January of the United has 1. behaved 189 3 that during moral character, attached to the principles the disposed good to the order and happiness of the same; that so far as I know, am informed, or believe, of applicant affiliated good disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member nor does with not organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, of and neither any advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States any or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
