APPLICATION OF TO BE ADMITTED TO BECOME A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES Fredind le Bogonzi To the Honorable Superior Court of the State of Connecticut within and for the County of Middlesex: Firederick C. Bagonzi hereby makes application to be admitted to become a Citizen of the United States, and being duly sworn, deposes and says: I. He was born in I tuly on or about the 12 the day of buyust 1882 and arrived the age of at twenty-one years on the 12 Y day of Aujust 190 1903 2. He emigrated to the United States, at the age of Eight months years, landing at the Port of have work in the State of his weak on or before the - day of - 1882 3. He now resides at No. Street in church in said County, and is by occupation a hit polisher - 4. He has resided continuously in the United States since - 1882-- and continuously in this State since February 5, 1901 5. For more than two years, last past, it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to victor Emmanul 3 - thing of staly- of whom he has been and is a subject. 6. He does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States,' approved March 3, 1903.
