MINORS. APPLICATION OF TO BE ADMITTED TO BECOME A Walker Bill molaty CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES To the Honorable Superior Court of the State of Connecticut within and for the County of Middlesex: Hacker Boltomley hereby makes application to be admitted to become a Citizen of the United States, and being duly sworn, deposes and says: I. He was born in England on or about the 9th day of June 18 85, and arrived at the age of twenty-one years on the 9th day of June 1906. i 2. He emigrated the United States, age of 11/2 to at the years, landing at the Port of Newyork in the State of N.Y. on or before the 10th day of July 188% 3. He now resides at No. Street in Commune in said County, and is by occupation a blenk 4. He has resided continuously in the United States since 10th July 1857 and continuously in this State since 10th July 1887 5. For more than two years, last past, it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Cawara giot Great Britain and Ireland? Edward VII., King of the United Kingdom of whom he has been and is a subject. 6. He does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
