applicant, do solemnly swear that will support the Constitution of the United States, and that it is now, and for
two years, last past, has been my bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce

Said applicant having appeared before this Court and declared on oath, and proved to the satisfaction of
this Court, that it is and for more than two years, last past, has been his bona fide intention to become
a
citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate,
state
or soyereignty, and particularly to Francis Joseph
Emperor of austri
of
whom
he was before a subject/ and it appearing to the satisfaction of this Court that said applicant has
resided continuously within the United States five years at least, last past, and three years next preceding
his arriving at the age of twenty-one years, to wit, next preceding the

January years he has-behaved 1901 as a and man continuously of good moral character, attached year to the least, principles last past, of the and Constitution that during
within this State one at said
United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; and it appearing to this Court,
upon careful inquiry, that the applicant does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government,
and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or
opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety
of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers
generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or
their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act
to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903; and this Court having
caused to be entered of record the affidavits of said applicant and of his witness so far as applicable, reciting
and affirming the truth of every material fact requisite for naturalization; and it appearing to this Court that
said affidavits have been duly made and recorded; and the said applicant having declared on oath before this
Court that he would support the Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely and entirely
renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and
particularly to
Francis Joseph Emperor of austrin
of whom he was before a subject; it is therefore
ORDERED, that the said applicant be and he is hereby admitted to become a citizen of the United States.
