AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS. I, Leuding Kenzz being duly sworn, do depose and say, that I reside at No. 448 man Street, in muaaleoton , and am by occupation a weaver , and am personally acquainted with the applicant , and have known him for the past 22 years, to wit: from Jan / - , I 888, to Oct.14-1904 that his occupation is that of farmer and that he resides at No. Street, in himaletown in Middlesex County; that I believe that the applicant when he came to the United States to reside was under the age of eighteen years; that I personally know that he has resided continuously in the United States since apr.20 189 , and continuously in this State since Jan.1 - 1846190 that during the said time of his residence in the United States and in this State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; that so far as I know, am informed, or believe, the applicant does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States,' approved March 3, I903.
