MINORS. 1 APPLICATION OF TO BE ADMITTED TO BECOME A Jahu Paggi CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES To the Honorable Superior Court of the State of Connecticut within and for the County of Middlesex: Jaha Paggi hereby makes application to be admitted to become a Citizen of the United States, and being duly sworn, deposes and says: I. He was born in Dlaly on or about the louh day of Futurary 1881 , and arrived at the age of twenty-one years on the 16 it day of Fubruary I90 2. 2. He emigrated to the United States, at the age of Sex years, landing at the Port of New yonk in the State of A.y. on or before the 29th - day of April 1887. 3. He now resides at No. Street in Chester in said County, and is by occupation a Bix waker 4. He has resided continuously in the United States since April 29, 1887 and continuously in this State since April 23.1903 5. For more than two years, last past, it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Victor Emmanuel III, King of Italy, of whom he has been and is a subject. 6. He does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 3outh Sworn to before me, this day of September 1904.
