MINORS. 57 APPLICATION OF TO BE ADMITTED TO BECOME A Oscar D. anderson CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES To the Honorable Superior Court of the State of Connecticut within and for the County of Middlesex: Oscar D. anderson hereby makes application to be admitted to become a Citizen of the United States, and being duly sworn, deposes and says: I. He was born in Sweden on or about the 9th day of Repert 18 83 , and arrived at the age of twenty-one years on the 9th day of Aepox 1904 2. He emigrated to the United States, at the age of -8- - years, landing at the Port of New york in the State of it.y. on or before the 18 - day of June 1892 3. He now resides at No. 538 main Street in maaletown in said County, and is by occupation a Electrical worker 4. He has resided continuously in the United States since 18th June 1892 and continuously in this State since June / 8, 892 5. For more than two years, last past, it has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Oscar II., King of the United Kingdom of Sweden and Norway. of whom he has been and is a subject. 6. He does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled "An Act to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
