Stroet in being duly sworn, deposes and says that he resides No that heisa citizen of the United States of America, and personally occupation State of Connecticut, and is by at a with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known acquainted for the past years, to wit from him that his occupation is that of 1 to and that he resides at No. Street, in that he personally knows that the applieant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris. diction of the United States of America since 1 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1 and that during the said time of the his residence within the United States and thin the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order character, happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve and in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbeliefAn or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either or of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March of 3, 1903, Sworn to before me, this day of. 3 19 Clerk. At a District Court, held at Waterbury, vithin and for the District of Waterbury, Haven County, in the State of Connecticut, on the day of Asplanbon 1906 New Present, HONORABLE Judge. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions of the Act of Congress of the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Na- turalization, etc.," passed April 14, 1802, and the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," ap- proved March 3, 1903, and appearing personally in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, and taking such oaths as are by the said acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his witness were duly made and recorded, it is ORDERED by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted to be a Citizen of the United States of America. By the Court, Hast - Clerk. I, LINFORD F. ROOT, Clerk of the District Court of Waterbury, in and for said District, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of Record.
