APPIICATION OF michel Xavier Driver | To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Chep. michal xavies Dryer. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is for admission as a the United States of America: that he was born in on or about the day of December in the year one thousand eight hundred and Sifty seen and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port huopork in the State of Anyone on or about 17 1894, and that he now resides at No. 135cherry day of april A. D. Street, in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since april 1891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since march 1905 and that said applicant did Supunie on the 20 day of april 899 before yestudical all any bouch Dishiet declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure allegiance to foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens Sworn the to United before me, States," this 18th approve day of. Paeph Brandely being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 2 Carollon Place in Walebury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Forman that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past to and that especter He resides at No. 135 bherry occupation Street, is that in of Walubury lehef Eight years, to wit, from 1890 that his that within the limits and under the juris- diction he of personally the United knows States that of the America applicant since has Disturbar resided continuously 898 and continuously within typhinter and that during the said time of his State of Connecticut since residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the does good order disbelieve and in happiness nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- of the same.
