By occupation Shop hand your Battista Rosa Oi Domenics being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above named applicant for admission as a Citizen of, the United States of Amenica that he was born in Etily on or about the 3a day of november in the year one thousand erght hundi 1 1875 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new york in the State of news york on or about the and day of august A. D. 899 and that he now resides at No to Burton Street, watersory that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously withNn the United States since august 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since august 1999 and that said applicant 19 day of cements 902 be fore the did on the the instrict court of Waterbury declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance Clerk to any said foreign Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant is he Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the further of deposes of says, affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to and that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor all or- a ganized member or nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful Government assaulting of or killing United States any or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor of government, of officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the has he violated the any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Di Paminico Dominics manfide being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 10 Walmut Street, in withing State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Saloo-sceper that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past fiva years, to wit, from despribed 1999 to. 1905 Burton that his occupation is that in of and that he resides at No 20 Street, watching that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since. august 1899 and continuously within residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, and State of Connecticut since august 799 and that during the said time of his attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government nor does he advocate or teach, in- in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- happiness of the same.
