APPLICATION OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By orcupation Insurance again michael Jullinau being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States) Clinton of America that he was born Vollar onnor about the day of in the in year one thousand eight hundred and peoulifies and emigrated to the United States landing at the Port Kwyda the State of Mesyous .on or abom the 6 of A D. 895 and that he now resides at No 45 Juller Street, day in Matabry may that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 1898 and continuously within the State of Connegtient Clotes, sinee may 1890 and that said applicant did on Court the day of. This Hailfordowly before the form appendions declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Septemberry Ferance Dunchy Clerk. address Applicant. abeing duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Hifuller Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by roccupation a Buffer that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally to- acquainted that his occupation years, to is that wit: of From Onsurance apul again 900 with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of thersand United States, and has and that he resides at No Hifuller September the past Street, in Walutury that he personally knows that the applicant Tas desided ontintiously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America sincen 900 and continuously within that during the said time of his State of Connecticut since residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same.
