By occupation Sabato droiano being dally sworn, deposes and says, that he is in the above before named on or about the V V day of pites in the applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born thousand eight studyate hundred and Dessulyburget and emigrated to/the United Statea landing at year one the Port of in the State of peopount st N day of Security D. and that he now resides at Not name Street, Mayeatual that he has arrived at the age of stwenty one years; that he in has resided continuously within therUnited States sincem A Eccumber 900 and continuously within State of December 1900 and that said applicant did on the Branch day of before t declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renoupce and abjure all allegiance to any Cosset Walerary foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," March 3, 1903. No Piemlo Clerk. in being duly sworn, State of says, Connecticut, and is by deposes and that he resides at Street, occupation a Barber that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship thersaid United States, and has to known him depended for the past are 1906 years, to wit: Fromm Spenler 1900 that his occupation is that of. and that he resides at Ds in Moragaluck that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since December 1900 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Dicember qo, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
