103 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Inver Schapes machment ( To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By ogeupation Areain Schafer being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the sboye-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born or Deft in thousand Port of signature eight hundred and 72 on in the about State the of by 17 land emigrated day of on to or the about United the States, 12 in landing the year at day the one of July A D. 1895 and that he /now resides at No 26 Coe *************** Street, in neterbing that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since continuously within the State of Connecticut since July 1 845 and that said applicant July 845 and did on the 15 day of Gett 1900 before the District Combortuntary Conn. declare his intention to become a citizien of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entuled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 26. Sworn 19 to before me, this day of. With Hehafer Applicant. Louis Tritechler anited that Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 26 Cra Street, in matering State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a clock maker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and 1.845 has wirn known him for the past to and that he resides at No 26 her Street, in malerling 1 906 that his occupation is that of years, to wit: From Check that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since State of Connecticut since Santy 1.845 and continuously within 1895 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific of individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
