By occupation Rubber worker David Fizzened being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the re-named applicant for admission as a Citizen the United States of America; that he was born in eight hundred and scority for United landing the Onlaid on or about the day of July in the year one and emigrated to the States at thousand Port Awyork the State of Muyan on or abont the 10 of april A D. 1599 and that he now resides at No Cheir day Street, in Vangatiula he has resided continuously within the United States that sing he has arrive Opril of twenty-one 1899 years that and continuously within the State of Connectient since april 899 and that said applicant did on the Drshin to become a day citizen of- Count of scenber the United States of Walubury you and renounce before and the declare his intention abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," Sworn to approved before me, March this No 3, 1903. day of. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
