By ocgupation mission Segaration on the and that he is the above-named 10 being duly. sworn, deposes that says, he applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; was born in or about day of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of D. in 1 898 the and that he now resides at No on xy3Chailes Street, day Signet State of Meryonk or abeut the 10 of that he has urived the age of twenty-one years; that in he has resided continuously within the United 1095 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 898 and that said applicant did on the 2 ,day of September 900 before the of balubury declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting of or the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United before States, this j3 approved day March of 3, 1903. No. Street, in Collibary State of Connecticut, and is by being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at occupation a Bar Sender that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally to known him for the paste. 100 Charles his occupation years, Street, to is wit. that in from of Frightend Walubury acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United and 898 has Sev and that he resides at No. that he personally knows that the applicant resided within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America 1898 and continuously within 898 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, and State of Connecticut since attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, theduty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawi assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 23 Sworn to before me, this day of.. 19.
