By occupation Labrer { To be Admitted a Citizen Leonardo Petrucci being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboveanamed applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in stary on or about the 29 the day of october in the year one t 1867 and emigrated to the United States, Landing at the Port of September A. D. 1890 and that he now resides at No 605.1 Riverrade Street, new your in the State of New your on or about the. 65th day of in watering that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously Nwithin the United States since Depension 890 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since. did on the 20th anne Furnish 895 and that said applicant day of 892 Sefone the District Court of the and judicial District state of mumerses declare his intention to becomo a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Carmine a Martins being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 5. games Place Street, in Waterberry State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Labour that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of othe said United States, and has known him for then past 15 years, to wit. from seltember 1990 to Novembers 905 that his ocçupation is that of fabrer and 605 r Riverside Street, in unlusbing that he resides at No that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously withinethe limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since and continuously within State of Connecticut since turnam 1995 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, theduty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
